CETCO's Service Package Scales New Heights
CETCO has always been ahead of the competition in terms of service to clients, specifiers and contractors by providing on-site technical assistance past the 'point of sale'. CETCO now employs three full-time technical service managers, who spend all their time out in the field, working with contractors to ensure that the waterproofing works are carried out to specification, and to provide hands-on advice on the best installation methods, as well as troubleshooting those parts of the installation which slipped through the 'design net' - feeding information back to the design-team, to ensure that the waterproofing package progresses flawlessly. Advice is independent, and solutions can frequently involve third-party products.

BS 8102: 2009 Compliance From The Leaders Of The Pack
Not only is CETCO BBA Certified (86/1650) in line with the requirements of the updated BS 8102, which now makes new recommendations for greater all-round waterproofing security (better design-team communication, risk assessment, ground-water management, combined systems, remedial provision, etc.), but CETCO have teamed-up with Sika, to provide the best 'combined-system' on the market. Rather than becoming 'jack of all trades - master of none' in an effort to add more products to the range, CETCO,  undisputed world-leader in bentonite technologies has partnered with Sika, undisputed world-leader in concrete technologies, to offer clients a combined waterproofing system, comprising Type A (external waterproofing with Voltex) and Type B (integral waterproofing with watertight concrete), as defined in BS 8102. Both Systems are fully certified, and both are renowned for providing cost-effective waterproofing solutions in their respective technologies. Of course, a joint warranty is available, providing clients with peace of mind. The official 'launch' of the partnership will be in Q1 2010, but several combined-system projects have already been completed.
